Inspired by Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Awareness Month in March, Nia Technique is proud to support this national campaign with the Nia Art of Self-Healing 14-Day Wellness Program geared towards self-healing and feeling better when living with a long or short term challenge. Participants will have access to 14+ customized fitness videos, their very own 14-Day Wellness Journal, guided daily challenges and meditations, wellness pointers and peer support from a global community.
The purpose of this program is to utilize Nia Technique’s unique approach to holistic health and fitness in order to use movement as a compliment to your prescribed treatments for MS and other short and long term physical challenges. Nia uses the design and function of the body to guide participants on how to move and feel better. Our special wellness program has been devised to fit a person's individual daily needs by teaching them how to listen to their body, manage pain relief, and explore the restorative power of movement.
One of the many perks of participating in the Nia Art of Self-Healing 14-Day Wellness Program is connecting with a network of global peers. After you sign up for the program you will have the opportunity to join our private NiaTV Wellness Programs Facebook Group. This Facebook group is dedicated to inspiring, motivating, and keeping you on track during the 14-Day Wellness Program, which will act as a forum for support and community with other wellness warriors, like yourself. Be a part of a like-minded, goal-oriented group. Let's step in together!
